Description
As part of the development of its activities, Naval Group Belgium is looking for a Cyber Support Engineer
As part of the Cyber department, you will work in a dynamic environment within the naval industry. Your mission will be to ensure support, maintenance and services, this will include the following activities:
- Improve the cyber performance (detection and response) of our maritime cyber platform by analyzing and implementing the required changes;
- Recommend product and configuration changes based on new requirements and threat landscape evolutions;
- Evolve the services by listening to needs and understand your impact;
- Maintain cyber posture by validating the systems after maintenance;
- Qualification of suppliers by validating their cyber maturity during maintenance;
- Perform upgrades on our maritime cyber products;
- Maintain the cyber policies;
- Keep Cyber Defense up-to-date by:
o Updating or creating detection strategy;
o Updating or creating reaction cards;
o Updating our product configuration.
- Be a taught leader by teaching cyber practices to all stakeholders during maintenance;
Clear to the point reporting on all actions taken
You will have the opportunity to talk to the department manager and learn more about all your assignments during the recruitment interviews.
Responsibilities & Duties
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
With higher degree in software engineering, computer science, or telecommunication (or equivalent), You have acquired significant experience in a similar position.
You have a knowledge of the cyber service industry.
You are discrete, committed and involved.
As part of a team, you favor transparency and listen to your team members.
You have an excellent command of English.
You have a good notion of French and/or Dutch.
This position will be mainly based in our office in Zeebrugge with regular commutes to our main office in Brussels.
