NAVIRIS is seeking a M/F Program Quality Manager for its site in Genoa (Italy)
The M/F Program Quality Manager will be responsible for the implementation of quality improvement activities and their progress
Your tasks will be as follows:
o Defining the approach to quality improvement
o Leveraging on lessons learned in the field of quality
o Collecting lessons learned from the quality of the program and making them available
o Finalising and capitalising on lessons learned from the quality of the program.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
Organising quality management:
o Defining the program quality management procedures
o Defining the program quality goals
o Developing the program quality plan
Implementing quality assurance:
o Driving the pursuit of the program quality objectives
o Treating non-conformities
o Implementing quality monitoring activities
Implementing a quality improvement approach:
o Taking into account changes in the customer context in the field of quality
o Taking into account changes in the quality management system
You will have the opportunity to talk to the Department Manager and learn more about all your tasks during the recruitment interviews.
YOUR PROFILE
After graduating from a 5-year course at an engineering school or obtaining a master's degree, you have more than 5 years’ experience in program quality in an industrial sector (naval/automotive defence, aviation or space).
You have good oral presentation and interpersonal skills.
You are able to summarise clearly and demonstrate objectivity on a daily basis as to the level of quality expected.
You are able to compromise while remaining firm if necessary.
A good working knowledge of written and oral English is required for this position.
