Description

Naviris, Joint venture between Naval Group and Fincantieri is looking for a IVVQ Specialist in CDD

The IVVQ Specialist M/F reports hierarchically to the Engineering Team Leader. He/She manages the activities aiming at demonstrating and registering that products meet quality standards through verification and validation processes. He/She coordinates the IVQ Plans, manage in content, template, schedule and implementation the production of the Detailed Qualification and Acceptance Process based on the proposal made by Naviris partners, monitor the conformity with the contractual requirements, and register in appropriate tool (such as DOORS/JAZZ) the status of conformity from elements received from the suppliers and in close coordination with Naviris Customers. The IVQ Specialist will be an active contributor to the changes management and to the configuration management activities on the program.

The IVVQ Specialist may be mentored by an expert with who he/she will have to interact in a professional collaboration spirit

 

Main Duties:

• To manage program requirements (towards Naviris Customer and Naviris Suppliers) by using DOORS NEXT (Jazz suite)

• To elaborate and implement the IVVQ strategy of the program to be followed by the Engineering Team and by the sub-contractors for the conformity of solutions addressing the contractual and industrial obligations in Specifications and Scope of Works and considering the related technical and contractual risks  or the solutions (e.g. TRL, difficulties for physical integration…). At the end the IVQ Specialist shall ensure the traceability along the specifying way from the main contract specifications to the naviris sub-contracts and then along the way of verification.

• To manage the tools and databases configuration and to define the templates and methods to be used inside the project, in particular to ensure the administration and the customization of Jazz suite modules;

• To anticipate the activities of conformity assessment (in coordination with the WW Coordinator and the Studies Specialist) before each Design Review, the Key Technical milestones (such as the beginning of the tests) and the FOCR;

• To explain the process, review the Cross-Reference matrixes and ensure a regular flow of the evidences which justify the conformity of the design with contractual commitments and with the applicable rules;

• To set the material into requirements matrixes under the responsibility of the technical specialists standards using IBM Doors Next software or MS Excel according the programme rules;

• To organize, in close coordination with the Suppliers Project Managers, the collection of evidences corresponding to the IADT plan (including Builders data, if necessary). In a continuous manner for each vessel, up to their acceptance by the Customer

• To present regularly (at least at each Contractual Meeting), the status of the conformity assessment and the most problematic conformity issues
