Description

Within the Belgian entity of Naval Group, you operate in the R&D and Product division of the CyberLab and bring your competencies to both the R&D division, the projects division and the service division. You work as a project manager within EU collaborative projects.

For this opportunity, you will:

·         Be responsible for collaborative EU projects.

·         Manage the Cost, Delay and Quality of the project in line with the contractual obligations of Naval Group.

·         Report on financial and technical status to internal management and to external project management.

·         Contribute based on requests from partners to documents and presentations.

·         Be the interface between the internal R&D team and external partners.

·         Request support from R&D internal team when new developments are needed.

·         Provide your cyber knowledge to execute risk assessments and architecture reviews.

·         Manage planning to anticipate need for support from R&D team.

·         Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

·         Manage relationships with partners to ensure their satisfaction regarding our collaboration.

·         Travel abroad for meetings a few times per year.

·         Be a source of suggestions for improving the company’s posture within EU projects.

·         Communicate on your work.

Responsibilities & Duties

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

 

The candidate M/F should ideally have an engineering or equivalent university degree (Master’s) and have specialized in the security of information systems and Cyber Defense. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and project management.

 

The candidate M/F is required to demonstrate knowledge in the following technical subjects:

·         Cybersecurity architecture

·         Project management

·         A thorough grasp of the normative referential and NIST / CIS guides

·         Cybersecurity products: SIEM, Orchestrator, Firewall, IDS probes, EDR…

 

The candidate is also required to demonstrate the following qualities:

·         Rigor and an analytical spirit

·         Teamwork skills

·         Good writing skills

·         Good interpersonal skills

Fluency in spoken and written English enabling you to communicate effectively with English speaking correspondents
