The R&T Engineer M/F will support innovation and business development within the Sales & Marketing Team of Naviris, contributing to research activities, digital initiatives, and internal and external communication.

The role combines analytical capabilities with a strong marketing mindset to enhance the company’s visibility, processes, and strategic projects of development.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Programme teams to ensure alignment between research outputs and business needs;

Participate actively in development initiatives, contributing to strategic projects and process optimization;

Support external communication, coordinating with stakeholders and managing social media and Company’s website;

Support internal communication, preparing clear and engaging materials for cross‑departmental alignment;

Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail.
