Description

This partnership consolidates the two companies' commitment to building a future of excellence for the shipbuilding industry and the Navy.
Fincantieri and Naval Group, through Naviris, are joining forces to develop a new strategic capability and respond in an innovative way to the needs of customers in an increasingly competitive market.
The NAVIRIS team, with its headquarters in Genoa and offices in Ollioules, focuses on bilateral, European and export projects.
This alliance is a natural evolution of the historical partnership between two world leaders. With more than twenty years of collaboration, Naval Group and Fincantieri have already reached milestones together: already in the 1990s with the Horizon programme for air defence combat ships (four ships) and with the FREMM frigate programme since 2005 (twenty ships).
The PMO reports to the HRZ MLU Program Director
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating and supporting the overall program management efforts, ensuring that the project is executed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.
He/She will provide centralized project tracking, reporting, and risk management across all phases of the HRZ MLU project
- Project Planning and monitoring milestones. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and resolve any issue that may arise
- Risk management: identify and assess risks associated with the project.
- Resource management: coordinate resource allocation and utilization across the project
- Reporting and documentation: supporting the communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Process improvement: continuously improve PM processes, tools and methodologies
You will have the opportunity to talk to the department manager and learn more about all your assignments during the recruitment interviews.
Responsibilities & Duties
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Proven experience in the domain Naviris operates
- Strong communication of pm methodologies and tools (Primavera, MS Project etc…)
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership skills
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage
