Description
This position within the Sales and Marketing department ideally starts in July 2025.
As Country Director, you will oversee the Naval Group Greece Representative Office and its budget. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading sales campaigns to secure contracts for highly complex prospects.
- Ensuring that both success and failure factors are addressed.
- Coordinating with other Naval Group trades involved in bid preparation and negotiations.
- Developing capture plans and bringing your expertise on the country.
Your main tasks are to:
1. Support sales activities during the business development phase, including designing strategy / capture plans and, constructing bids, and participating in negotiations.
2. Maintain strong customer relations throughout the sales and contract execution cycles (including offset phase).
3. Organise and participate in sales and marketing events (trade shows, symposia, export support, etc.) in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing Department teams.
4. Serve as the Group’s security contact for activities within your country.
You will have the opportunity to talk to the department manager and learn more about all your assignments during the recruitment interviews
Responsibilities & Duties

You have at least 10 years of professional experience and in-depth knowledge in the following fields:
