Description
Within our office created just 4 years ago in Belgium and which is growing swiftly, we focus on cybersecurity, anti-mine technology and services.
To expand our services, we are seeking a Programme Manager for our Zeebrugge office.
The posting will ideally start on 1st May 2024
As the Programme manager, you will ensure compliance with contractual obligations towards the Customer and the financial objectives.
You will manage risks and opportunities by deploying and producing:
• Tools
• Processes
• Indicators
• A management organisation enabling information reporting (reviews and internal reports)
• Overall project management (cost, quality, deadline, technical elements, etc.)
• Overall team coordination
You will have the opportunity to talk to the division manager and learn more about all your tasks during the recruitment interviews.

Responsibilities & Duties
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- Training:
You hold a Master's degree in engineering sciences or industrial sciences with specialisation in mechanics / electromechanics
- Skills:
You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in the navy environment.
You demonstrate good technical knowledge and a passion for engineering.
You are interested in working within the maritime defence industry.
You have multi-disciplinary organisational skills and a high degree of independence.
You bring solid communication skills and can communicate fluently in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset.
