Under the management of the Country Director for KSA, the V.I.E business development manager  M/F is in charge of promoting Naval Group activities.

Position Summary:
·         Assist the Sales &amp; Country Director localized in KSA for Business Development &amp; Marketing and sales activities,
·         Represent Naval Group in business meetings and assist the Business Development Director by managing the participation of Naval Group in regional international defense exhibitions to develop new opportunities,
·         Coordinate regional client military forces and government officials (KSA, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain) with the Sales Director of the related countries and the France-based Key Account Managers and local industrial key partners,
·         Setup and develop the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of the Middle East Sales &amp; Business Development,
·         Coordinate communications between Naval Group corporate communications department and local partners and the Naval Group subsidiary in KSA,
                                                              
Roles and responsibilities:
·         Set up meetings with clients and government officials
·         Reporting and forecasting of business objectives with the KSA Country Director
·         Support market intelligence for the business: towards partners, customers and competitors
·         Network with the industry key business, suppliers, academic and government players
·         Manage updates to tools and associated processes capturing opportunities and optimizing CRM
·         Work with bid team and different stakeholders to win projects
·         Participate in the writing of regular activities reports and press reviews for Naval Group senior management

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

·         Master’s degree in Business, International Relation or high school Engineering
·         Good understanding of international politics
·         Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both English and French
·         Good practice in writing key summary notes
·         Experience in commercial bid and proposal activities will be appreciated

Support the development of international business opportunities, industrial partnerships, governance initiatives, and strategic projects. The role combines business analysis, stakeholder management, finance, and public affairs to strengthen the organization’s growth and international collaboration objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Business Development
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis in target countries.
• Support identification of new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare business cases, presentations, and reports for management.
• Coordinate with global teams on international projects and initiatives.

2. Industrial Partnerships
• Identify and engage with industrial partners, suppliers, research institutions, and industry associations.
• Support partnership negotiations and collaboration agreements.
• Monitor partnership performance and recommend improvement actions.
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.

3. Governance &amp; Public Affairs
• Monitor developments in government policies, regulations, and industry frameworks.
• Support governance-related projects and compliance initiatives.
• Prepare briefing notes for senior management on regulatory and political developments.
• Coordinate interactions with industry bodies and government agencies where applicable.

4. Financial &amp; Strategic Analysis
• Conduct financial analysis, budgeting support, and project profitability assessments.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for strategic projects.
• Support annual business planning and forecasting exercises.
• Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.
5. Management
• Support and coordinate cross-functional management of the company involving business, operations, HR, finance, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure timely reporting and communication with management.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

• Master’s Degree from a Business School, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Strong academic background in international business and governance.
- Strong interest in international business, industry collaboration, governance, and strategic development.

• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
